Targus, where are your 64-bit drivers?

I own a Targus PA088U Serial to USB adapter, which I use to connect to devices such as switches and routers. I've had it for a couple of years now, but it is still a current product.

Having recently moved to 64-bit Windows 7, I've discovered that the drivers for it don't work on 64-bit Windows, and when I rang Targus they couldn't give me an ETA or even confirm that they are working on 64-bit drivers.

Come on, Targus, that's pretty poor. 64-bit versions of Windows have been around for about five years now! Rant, rant, rant ...

I've ordered a Tripp Lite U209-000-R which claims to support 64-bit Windows 7, as a replacement. I'll let you know how it goes.

    It works with my Targus PA088U USB to serial

    Update: The driver works (installs/connects) on my system, but regularly drops connection, so I ended up getting a new USB-serial adapter.

    Hi- Use the Magic Control Technology Driver for U232_9. Version 13.2.98 of the driver works with Windows 10 x64. I have tried at least 5 different versions of different drivers and this one is the only one that works for me! Good Luck.

    Thanks for the tips here everyone, i was struggling for weeks to get this Targus PA088U going in Win10-64bits but now it worked on this driver :https://www.mct.com.tw/download.php?lang=en&tb=1&cid=28
    you also need new Terra Term Win10 64bits as well .
    I m very surprised Targus did nothing to advise anyone .
