I’m disappointed that IE8 will have almost no CSS3 support, but I can’t say I’m surprised. Still, full CSS2.1 support will be worth having, assuming that Microsoft delivers on its promise.
For my response to this assumption, you'll just have to close your eyes, and imagine me laughing really really hard, right in your face, for a longer-than-socially-acceptable time. While I am doing this, imagine yourself being quite annoyed.
